DESCRIPTION
OCEANFRONT Salvo- Colony Dr. Imagine the ocean and dunes for as far as you can see - a place of refuge and a home for making memories with family and friends. This is SALVOCEAN, a house built for escaping the world.
The ground level has a concrete driveway, carport, and all weather entry/playroom with bunk bed. The second level has three bedrooms (one master with a private bath and two with a shared bath), and entertainment area with a TV and streaming service. The third level has another master suite and a great room with a 42" flat screen TV. The great room is open and airy with cathedral ceiling, juniper paneling, and lots of windows that provide excellent ocean views and opens to a furnished sundeck and large shaded porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining or taking in beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. Every bedroom has its own television, so whether you prefer to watch tv, play games or read there is space for it for all. Perhaps a dip in the hot tub is just what you need!
Salvocean is a sanctuary in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk, bike or visit the local ice cream store. It is a simple place, where you can relax and enjoy miles of sand and sea, whether you're walking with your pets or casting a rod to the surf. New for 2024: Screened porch has been changed into a shaded porch. Relax in the shade and feel the Hatteras Island breezes while you take in the natural beauty. New furniture in the great room including a new sofa, chairs, lighting and new home décor.
Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
