The boardwalk provides easy access to our lovely beach, just a short walk away on the cul de sac. The village offers a walking/bicycle path making it easy to get to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier, restaurants, shopping and other activities all within walking distance from the home. The first floor features a dry entry that leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 master) and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms open onto a shaded mid-level oceanside deck. The foyer also opens onto a covered front porch. This level has a laundry nook with washer/dryer. The expansive top floor great room has vaulted ceilings and sliders that open onto a wide furnished deck that features stunning ocean and sound views for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will love the well-equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, large dining area and a convenient powder room. If you like having fun, enjoying life and living it up, you will truly find the good life in the beautiful LA VIDA LOCA vacation home.

Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
