Mid Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo, deck access and sound views, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating 6, dining area seating 6, screened porch with ceiling fan, sound views and additional dining for 6 and a Queen semi-private Master Bedroom (bathroom shared with living areas).
Top Level: Features a spacious King Master Bedroom with private Soundfront deck, TV, Day Bed and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Beach Access for this home is on Plover Drive. Limited parking (first come/first serve) near the beach access with a life guarded beach.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
