Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a Hot Tub (mid-level deck), charcoal grill, outside shower and parking for 4 to 5 vehicles. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with attached sitting room with TV/DVD and a full hall bath.
Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms with TVs (one with a private balcony), Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single and deck access, full hall bath, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.
Top Level: Great room with big-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10, screened porch with picnic table, full hall bath, Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and a spiral staircase leading to a Ship's Watch den with Queen Sleep Sofa, TV/DVD/VCR, deck access and a wet bar.
Extras: Private Pool (14 x 33, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, 4 DVDs, VCR, high-speed internet access, charcoal grill, screened porch, picnic table, beverage refrigerator, high chair, pack-n-play, booster seat, community water, outside shower, books, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
