Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with 32" flat-screen TV and whirlpool tub, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen HD TV, Queen Bedroom with flat- screen TV, and a full hall bathroom. Hot tub with room for 6 on the gated deck and all bedrooms offer deck access. Laundry Area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with 42" HD flat-screen TV, deck access and a whirlpool tub. Large great room with wood fireplace, 42" HD TV and cathedral ceiling, large kitchen with stainless appliances, new flooring, new cabinets and counter seating for 3, dining room seating 10, half bath, gated sundeck and enclosed porch with windows.
Extras: Hot Tub (6), 5 TVs, high speed wireless internet, enclosed porch, park-style charcoal grill, gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, games, books, puzzles, basketball goal, wood fireplace (Available November 1- March 31), grill table, lots of beach chairs, community water, linens and towels provided and Crown Point Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
