Mid Level: Features 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with Roku TV, shower, separate whirlpool bathtubs and private decks, 2 DuoBunk Master Bedrooms each with Roku TV and a half level up you'll find a back deck with a hot tub for 6 and outside steps to the pool area.
Top Level: Offers a beautiful great room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 65" smart TV and CD with surround sound. Dining room seating 10, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, loft with seating for 4, a half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with Roku TV, whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.
Extras: Private Pool (10 x 23, heated for $200), Hot Tub, 7 smart TVs, CD player, high-speed wireless internet, VHS/DVD library, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), charcoal grill, pack-n-play, 2 high chairs, ceiling fans, pool table/ping pong table, community water, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This home charges a $300 security deposit on all reservations, refundable pending no damage.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
