Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms (one with TV and deck access), 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Singles and deck access, 2 full baths, laundry with washer and dryer and deck access. Separate apartment with living room with TV/DVD, kitchenette and Queen Sleep Sofa and a King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access.
Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo with CD, game table seating 4, ocean views and deck access, half bath, kitchen with pantry and counter seating 4, dining room seating 8-10 (with table leaf added), sun room with TV/DVD and ocean views.
Extras: ELEVATOR, 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, stereo/CD, wireless high-speed internet, pack-n-play, books, movies, gas grill, outside shower, shared/ direct beach access, linens and towels provided, wet bar, tennis available (with nominal user fee) and community pool. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
