Mid-Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower, 2 Queen Bedrooms each with TV and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen smart TV/DVD, surround sound, sound system with blue tooth adapter, coffee bar, gas fireplace and wet bar with wine fridge. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Private Maintenance: You will have a direct mobile number to reach our private maintenance team if any issues arise during your stay. They also perform an inspection every turnover day to ensure fewer interruptions to your vacation. They also wipe down outdoor pool furniture, clean the grill, address cobwebs, and tidy up outside for your arrival. Our monthly pest control contract also ensures fewer interruptions during your stay.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
