2024 upgrades will include all new mattresses!   All King and queen mattresses have been replaced with high density gel foam layer mattresses for exceptional support and a cooler sleeping surface for a great night's sleep on your long-awaited vacation! 2023 Renovations included: The kitchen, great room and dining spaces got a  professionally designed look  to put you in an Outer Banks state of mind. The remodeled kitchen included high-end finishes like solid wood cabinetry, luxurious quartz counter tops and new appliances. Stylish hardware and stunning blue back splash add a relaxed coastal feel to the space. The great room and dining room received all new custom furnishings that invite guests to relax in comfort after a long day on the beach. The new wet bar makes entertaining a breeze!   The wide open floor plan allows for hosting large crowds of family and friends. In addition to the main floor renovations, updates were done  to the primary bathroom and two shared bathrooms. Outdoor entertaining just got easier with the addition of a new outdoor game room and first floor refrigerator with easy access to the pool area. The addition of our three seasons game room gives our guests an additional entertaining space directly off the pool area. Its close proximity to the bunk room makes it a great hangout spot for the kids. Comfortable seating, TV, and a ping pong table provide hours of entertainment for the young and the young at heart. Ground Level: Outside you'll find the fully gated private pool, hot tub (top level deck), screened in game room, volleyball court, gas grill, 2 charcoal grills, 2 picnic tables, and 2 outside showers. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 3 Double/ Double Bunks and TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bathroom, recreation area with foosball and a full-size refrigerator.

Mid-Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower, 2 Queen Bedrooms each with TV and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen smart TV/DVD, surround sound, sound system with blue tooth adapter, coffee bar, gas fireplace and wet bar with wine fridge. Dining room seating 10, screened porch with table and chairs, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, half-bathroom, and a King Master Bedroom Suite with TV, deck access  and private bathroom with double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate renovated shower. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Private Maintenance: You will have a direct mobile number to reach our private maintenance team if any issues arise during your stay. They also perform an inspection every turnover day to ensure fewer interruptions to your vacation. They also wipe down outdoor pool furniture, clean the grill, address cobwebs, and tidy up outside for your arrival. Our monthly pest control contract also ensures fewer interruptions during your stay.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
