Situated in the oceanside Gallery Row district, you can walk or bike to a variety of Outer Banks favorites including the Front Porch Cafe & Coffee, galleries and shops of local artists, restaurants including Red Drum and Mahi Mahi's island grill and Dowdy park just a mile down the road.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower and a covered patio. Inside you'll find the laundry area with washer and dryer and a Ninja Turtles video arcade.
Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and private deck access. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and a full hallway bathroom.
Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV, sound bar and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 6, and a Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access.
Extras: Hot Tub, 4 TVs, sound bar, gas grill, Ninja Turtles video arcade stereo, washer/dryer, enclosed outside shower and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full weekly rentals only. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
