Single Level: Inside you'll find the great room with a large flat-screen TV. Kitchen with counter seating 4, dining area seating 8 with deck access and the with laundry with stackable washer and dryer. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom, a Bedroom with a Queen and Bunk Set with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private deck access shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV.
Extras: Private Pool (20 x 8, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, outside shower, gas grill, carport seating/lounge area, ping-pong table, picnic table, beach cart, parking for 4-5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
