Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include  a spacious pool area with charcoal and gas grills, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, a fish cleaning table, a basketball hoop, and a driveway that accommodates up to 6 vehicles. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a  spacious game room with a pool table, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are also  2 bedrooms on this level.  Bedroom #1 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom off the hallway.  Bedroom #2 is a spacious  King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a TV, and access to the covered pool deck.

Mid Level: The middle level has an additional sitting area with a TV, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry area.  Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 Twin beds  and bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed and a TV.  Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and an attached  private full bathroom.  Bedrooms #4 and #5 enjoy ocean views with direct access to the  oceanfront deck, hot tub, and hammock.  

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you are greeted by the spacious great room with high ceilings and large windows that provide plenty of light and ocean views! The top floor boasts a fully renovated, fully equipped, chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 3, and two dining tables that seat a total of 14.  A half bathroom is also conveniently located off the kitchen area. The living area provides comfortable seating and a TV. Spacious sun decks off the living and dining area give you front-row seats to the sunrise  and spectacular views of the dunes, beach, and ocean.

Extras: Private pool, hot tub, private sand path beach access, 7 flat-screen TVs, WiFi, books, pool table, high chair, Keurig, hammock, gas and charcoal grills, covered decks, sun decks, deck furniture, parking for 6 vehicles, and linens and towels are provided. Pool Heat is an additional $500 per week.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
