Ground Level:   Exterior amenities offers your own slice of paradise with a resort like Oceanfront oasis including a large private pool with waterfall feature, hot tub or hang out in the poolside cabana day or night! The cabana features a bar with ample tables and chairs, TV, sauna, full bathroom and TV. Above the pool cabana you'll find an impressive sun deck which offers amazing ocean views as well as a spacious place to lounge in the sun. The private beach walkway is right beside the poolside cabana and includes and outdoor shower and foot wash.    The interior of the ground level was designed with fun in mind offering a rec room with pool table, foosball table, card table, several TVs and a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The theater room features comfortable tiered seating with a large screen to take movie night to the next level. Well-equipped kitchen with 3 ovens, 2 cooktops, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and ample counter space. Dining options include 2 Oceanfront dining room tables, a third table in the great room and kitchen counter bar-style seating for 6. Half bath and elevated loft furnished as an office space provides a quiet place to work or check emails. The spacious Oceanfront deck is the perfect coffee spot each morning to watch a gorgeous OBX sunrise. Generous sized King Master Bedroom with lavish features. This bedroom offers high ceilings, two sliding doors allowing the natural light to fill the room, and a private balcony perfect to catch the evenings sunset. The master bathroom offers a tiled shower, soaking tub and an oversized vanity with TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Advance Reservations in this property  for a future year more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Reserve any available 2025 week and pay 25% within 5 days, 25% by November 1 and the remainder 60 days prior to arrival.  

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 5  days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
