Completely renovated in 2020, this four bedroom cottage is in brand-new condition and will be the perfect place for families of all ages.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a large outside shower, gas grill, half bathroom and private walkway to the beach.
Mid Level: Entry Level. 2 King Master Bedrooms both with flat-screen TV, private bathrooms and deck access and a Queen Master Bedroom with Bunk Set , private bathroom and flat screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with gorgeous ocean views, large flat-screen TV and sitting area, half bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 and deck access, dining room seating 10 and a breakfast room with table seating 4 and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Extras: 5 TVs, private walkway to the beach, sun decks, high speed internet access, high chair, pack-n-play, large outside shower, foot wash, beach chairs, books, games, Keurig coffee maker, gas grill and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
