Primary and one guest bedroom each have their own walkout onto the top deck overlooking Bogue Sound. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower and large Breeo fire pit/outdoor area to grill and chill with the family. Small side yard for playing cornhole and other outdoor games. Four-person golf cart is available for an additional $550 non-refundable fee per week. Great location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the maritime forest, with a short ten-minute walk to the beach. Bring your shallow water or bay boat (max. 5,000 lb. capacity) and for an additional $600 per week you'll have access to the Tide Tamer 4-piling boat lift with bunks and premier remote app-controlled lift. This will save you and your family time and frustration by not having to remove your boat daily and the property is less than one mile from the public boat ramp.
