Nautical Club is a paradise of its own, offering an array of fantastic amenities such as an outdoor pool, covered parking, elevators, two beach accesses with nearby parking, a grilling facility, and more! You can spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, or exploring the nearby beaches. At night, relax on your private balcony and enjoy the serene views of the sound.
Nautical Club 708 features three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
A master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom
A second bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom
A third bedroom with two twin beds
Total bed count includes one king, one double, and two twins.
Community Amenities Include: Outdoor Pool Access (Open Seasonally), Elevator, Park Grill Access, Picnic Table Area, Dock Access, Kayak Loading Dock, Fitness Center Access, and Recreation/Game Room with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Bumper Pool Table, and Foosball Table.
Linens and towels are provided, with beds made for weekly stays only.
