The first bathroom complete with shower is located on this level. Up one flight of stairs is the kitchen that is ready for dinner or conversation. The kitchenette table seats 4 and additional seating can be found at the wall counter. Just past the kitchen is the living area with flat screen tv and a Queen Sleeper Sofa that opens to the screened in porch overlooking the ocean. What a great space to drink your morning coffee or to spend your time unwinding after a long day at the beach. Just off of the living area are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and wall tv. A few steps away you will find the main bathroom with lots of counter space and an enclosed bathtub/shower combo. Down the hall is Bedroom #3 with a full size bed and a twin over full bunk bed - an ideal space for the kids! You will soon discover that this cozy bungalow is everything you hoped it would be.
