The second floor has a spacious king bedroom w/ private bath with access to a covered deck. Also on this level is another queen bedroom w/private bath. The open living, dining, and kitchen area are located on the third floor with incredible ocean and waterway views. A large dining table and breakfast bar for family gatherings, with a fully equipped kitchen. Take the staircase to the rooftop deck & enjoy the 360' views. Only a short distance to the beach access and super convenient to Surf City. The new saltwater pool will be available April - mid-October, weather permitting. Pool is not usable mid-October - early-April.
