Community sound access available for launching your kayak or paddleboard. The open floor plan offers a wet bar, a stone fireplace (decorative only - not for guest use) and skylights throughout.

- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
- Please note, there are beach closures scheduled for Mid November to Mid January 2024 that may affect this property.
