The first floor is home to 3 of the 4 bedrooms as well as 2 full baths. All 3 Bedrooms on this floor offer oceanfront views and access to a covered oceanfront deck.

The second floor offers an open floor plan for the spacious living and kitchen areas. The Kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances as well as all of your basic cooking needs to make prepping meals for the whole family a breeze! The living room offers incredible views of the ocean as well as a large-screen TV and ample seating so your whole family can gather together to watch movies after a long day on the beach. When it's time to call it a day, the sofas convert to Queen Sleepers to accommodate those extra family members comfortably. The final bedroom and bathroom are located on this floor, just off the living area.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday-stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
