These rooms share a full bath conveniently located in the hall. The Master suite is located on the ocean side of the home and offers a king-size bed, a private full bath, and access to the covered oceanfront deck with a bench swing. Relax peacefully each morning while you look out over the ocean before you head down to the beach.

The top floor is home to the main living area, the kitchen, and the remaining bedroom and bathroom. The living room offers ample comfortable seating as well as a large flat-screen TV so you can gather together to enjoy your favorite movies after a long day in the sun. Step outside onto the large oceanfront deck, where the coastal allure unfolds. With an outdoor shower and footbath, this space will become your private haven for enjoying the sea breeze and the soothing sound of the waves. "Enjoy The Little Things" goes beyond, offering direct and private beach access, allowing you to savor the sandy shores just steps away from your doorstep.

For those who appreciate the convenience of modern amenities, the carport boasts a Tesla EV charger, ensuring both sustainability and convenience for your coastal escape. Linens (Sheets and Towels) are PROVIDED with reservations for this property!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. See our Available Rental Items page for a complete list of rentable items to add to your reservation!

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.


No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
