With a total of eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and room for up to 30 guests, this seaside sanctuary invites you to immerse yourself in the ultimate beach experience.

Just a seashell's throw from the beach, "Tides and Sunshine" boasts 2 units with modern layouts and ample leisure space. Expansive decks on the sound side offer panoramic views of Topsail Sound's serene waters, while smaller decks capture the magic of the ocean waves crashing ashore. And let's not forget the pièce de résistance - Dual private swimming pools await your refreshing dips, alongside a scenic dock where you can bask in the golden hues of Topsail's sunsets over the tranquil sound. In the heart of North Topsail Beach, our retreat offers easy access to Surf City's charming shops, delectable dining spots, and lively entertainment. Whether you're seeking moments of serenity or adventures by the shore, this duplex provides the ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility. So, kick off your flip-flops and unwind in style amidst the calming waters of Topsail Sound. This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per unit per reservation (4 Total). (100lb limit)

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are INCLUDED with reservations at this property!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday-stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
