Located just a short stroll from the beach, "Good Day Sunshine" offers the perfect balance between tranquil soundside living and private deeded beach access directly across the
street leading to the sandy shores. The modern floorplan presents ample leisure space, including updated kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, and LVP flooring
throughout the entire property, and is highlighted by expansive decks on the backside of the house, offering breathtaking vistas of the picturesque Topsail Sound. Additionally, two smaller decks at the front showcase stunning ocean views, allowing you to revel in the beauty of the coastline. Bed sizes include 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Daybed w/ pull-out Twin Trundle, and a Queen Sleeper sofa.

The allure of this retreat extends beyond its interiors, boasting a private swimming pool for refreshing dips on warm days and a scenic dock ideal for savoring the mesmerizing Topsail sunsets over the serene sound where you can insert your kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards.

This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are INCLUDED with reservations at this property!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
