The additional rooms include a King bed, a Queen bed, and a Double bed so that your whole family will have comfortable sleeping accommodations.

The heart of the house resides on the top floor, where a splendid great room, dining area, and kitchen blend seamlessly, all crowned by panoramic ocean vistas. Experience the magic of sunsets over the sound from the dining room, a sight to behold. With two levels of oceanside decks and sound side balconies, every moment is a chance to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

Indulge in the luxury of the hot tub, nestled on the bedroom-level oceanside deck, where relaxation meets the rhythm of the waves. For lively entertainment, the ground level hosts a game room, ensuring fun for all ages. The Living room and each bedroom boasts a Roku TV, and WiFi blankets the entire home. Fear not the multiple levels; an elevator grants easy access to all corners of this coastal paradise.

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday-stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
