When you first arrive you are welcomed by the large gravel driveway that will fit up to 3 cars. There is also additional parking for 2 cars in the garage. Walk up the front steps and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started! You can also use your code on the side door to take the elevator that accesses all floors from the ground level.

On the first floor, you are greeted by 3 of the bedrooms and a full shared bath in the hall. The first bedroom, on the left, offers a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean and sound side views! This bedroom also has a private full bath with a tiled shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Located centrally in the hall between the bedrooms you will find the laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer. The final bedroom on this floor offers two sets of bunk beds for those little beach bums in your group. The full shared hall bathroom offers a shower-tub combo and vanity sink.

Head upstairs and take in the breathtaking views that surround you in the living and dining areas. The abundance of windows gives you a unique birds-eye view of the Surf City skyline. No matter what direction you are facing you will be blown away by the stunning views of our beautiful Island. The living room is complete with ample comfortable seating and a large flat-screen smart TV. Step out onto the deck and smell the salt air as you listen to the waves crash along the coast. You can wave to your family as they cross over the beach access, located just steps away at the corner of N Shore Drive and New Bern Ave. From sunrise to sunset, you may want to spend your whole vacation relaxing on this deck just watching island life go by. The luxury kitchen has all of your basic cooking needs covered! Complete with stainless steel appliances, dishware, and cookware you can whip up restaurant-quality meals without ever leaving your rental. Pull up a chair around the dining table and enjoy the panoramic sound side view while you dine with the whole family. The table has seating for 6 and there is an additional for 3 at the kitchen bar. Off the kitchen is the 4th bedroom, complete this a Queen-sized bed. This bedroom has access to the adjoining bathroom, with a shower-tub combo, that is shared with the main living area.

Head up one final set of steps to the crow's nest suite. A spacious sitting area welcomes you to the top floor where you can recline and enjoy your favorite movies on the Flat Screen TV. Sitting taller than most of its neighbors, Shenanigans provides its guests with views like no other. Step out onto the private deck and enjoy a sound-to-sea view of the whole Island! You can even watch the cars come across the Surf City bridge! Back inside you will find the final bedroom and bathroom of this incredible home. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and sound side views. The bathroom offers a shower-tub combo and a vanity sink.

After a long day of beach adventures, you can leave all your beach gear in the garage to keep the sand on the ground level where it belongs. There is a wet weather entry door from inside the garage as well so you can stay dry when those summer showers sneak up. Wait out the storm with a game of ping pong or cornhole! Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
