This magnificent five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home boasts ample space for up to 16 guests, with a variety of bed sizes including 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk bed (T/D), 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 2 Twin Trundle beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

As you step inside "King Tide," the reverse floor plan unveils itself, revealing a top-floor loft that serves as a maritime eyrie, providing a 360-degree view of the surrounding seascapea crow's nest for guests to survey the coastal horizon.

Ensuring comfort for everyone, "King Tide" features bedrooms on both main levels, each adorned with large ensuite bathrooms boasting whirlpool tubs reminiscent of a captain's quarters. Additional amenities include two covered parking spaces for convenient arrivals and departures, and an elevator providing easy access to all levels.

Venture to the exterior where two large decks on the ocean side of the house beckon for relaxation and rejuvenation. The top deck, adorned with nautical-inspired furniture, creates the perfect setting for enjoying the sea breeze. Meanwhile, the lower deck hosts an outdoor shower and a Private Hot Tub, providing a serene space to unwind after a day spent in the sun and surf.

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.


No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
