The condo has been recently renovated and offers an upscale atmosphere at an affordable price. The beachy tones and tasteful coastal decor welcome you as soon as you open the door. The living room provides ample seating for a family of 6 to relax after a long day out on the beach. Enjoy a family movie night with the beach as your backdrop. The comfortable couch even converts to a Queen Sleeper sofa. Just off the living room, you can enjoy the sea breeze while over looking the pool, courtyard, and ocean from your private balcony. The stunning kitchen offers everything you need to whip up fantastic family dinners including all major appliances, dinnerware, and cookware. Gather together to enjoy at the dining room table, which has 4 comfy chairs. The bar also offers 4 stools for additional seating.

Tucked away in the hallway nook is a futon that converts to a Queen bed. Adjacent to it in the hall you will find the half bath, which has a connecting doorway to give guests easy access to the shared shower. At the end of the hall is the bedroom, which offers a King bed and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom connects to the other bathroom and also has a connecting door for easy access to the shared shower.

The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite in a separate building and have coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Two cars are permitted for each property. You will have access to a private carport with this unit. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises. Calendars are open so book your next Topsail getaway today!

The Surf Condo Complex offers Cable and community Wi-Fi service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
