"Once Upon A Time," a family searching for the perfect Topsail vacation beach house had their dreams fulfilled when they discovered this enchanting home with availability. Located just a few blocks from Surf City's heart, this stunning vacation rental is like something out of a fairytale, ready to transform your vacation dreams into cherished memories. With local shops and restaurants a short distance away, all the comforts of home, and beach access just a brief walk down the street, your next vacation will feel straight out of a storybook.

Upon arrival, you'll find ample parking in the spacious gravel driveway, with additional covered parking available in the carport. An outdoor shower nearby allows you to rinse off beach sand before heading upstairs via the elevator, ensuring your vacation starts off smoothly.

The first floor, designed in a reverse floor plan, houses 3 of the 4 bedrooms. On the street side, there are two Queen-sized beds, a wall-mounted TV, a private balcony, and a full private bath. A central hallway offers a shared full bathroom with a shower tub combo and a double vanity sink. The remaining bedrooms on this floor provide Full-over-Full bunk bed sets, one with a pull out Twin Trundle Bed, flat-screen TVs, and access to a shared back deck with picturesque views of the maritime forest. A full-size stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room offer the convenience of home.

Moving upstairs, you'll be captivated by the tasteful decor and breathtaking views in the open living area. This spacious room offers ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and numerous windows to appreciate Topsail Island's beauty. Adjacent to the living room is a generous island view deck, ideal for meals, naps, or simply enjoying island life. The dining area, surrounded by windows, invites your family to gather for memorable meals, with seating for 6 at the table and 4 more at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishware, cookware, and standard cooking utensils for a homey feel. A half bath off the kitchen adds convenience. Step out onto the large back balcony through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen to savor stunning treetop views.

At the tower's pinnacle, the second Master Suite awaits, boasting a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, ample clothing storage, a coffee station, and access to private balconies on both sides. The private bath includes a double vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower. A set of bunk beds tucked away in a special nook is perfect for young ones who prefer proximity to mom and dad.

The community beach for Fairytale Lane homes is just at the street's end, allowing you to reach the sand within minutes. Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
