When you first arrive, you will find parking for 4 cars in the carport area. Unfortunately, parking is limited for guests so please plan accordingly so as to not block in the neighbors. Up the stairs of this reverse floor plan home, you will be greeted in the main foyer by three bedrooms to your right or a set of stairs to the left. The first bedroom ( street side) is a perfect kid's room! Complete with a Double with Twin Trundle Bed, a flat-screen TV, and a Wii gaming system, the younger members of your court will find themselves right at home. The next bedroom offers a Queen bed and private access to the deck overlooking the community pool. These two rooms share the full bath, which is conveniently located between them in the hallway. The master suite is fit for the heads of the realm. Enjoy private deck access, a plush Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. Your little knights can splash in the pool while you watch them from the comfort of your bedroom terrace!
On the second floor of the fantastic home, you will find the living room, a half bath, and the newly renovated kitchen! The living room offers ample seating and a large flat-screen TV with Cable service. Wireless Internet is also provided for your streaming and social media needs. The whole family can convene for dinner with seating for 6 around the "Round Table". The cozy kitchen with its new look will be the perfect place to make lasting memories as your family comes together to make meals, share stories, and enjoy each other's company over that first cup of coffee in the morning. The inside of this property is only half of its appeal, step outside onto any of its multiple decks and be blown away by the spectacular views. Not only can you enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views right off the front deck, but because this is an end unit home you get the rare opportunity to enjoy views going straight up the Intracoastal waterway. With additional sound views from the back decks, you may never want to come inside!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.
No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
