Your Topsail vacation awaits at Heaven-Lee Sunset! This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage offers you and your boat a private waterfront experience like no other. With easy access to the sound and a quick walk to the ocean, Heaven-Lee Sunset is sure to keep everyone in your party entertained!
The home is nestled back, away from the main road, providing you with the peace and tranquility you're looking for. The front of the house offers plenty of parking for your watercraft and a large front lawn for family get togethers.
Upon entering the home you're greeted with the living room ahead, kitchen to the left and bedrooms to the right. The comfortable living room provides a cable television with a DVD player for downtime and a sleeper sofa for extra bedtime options. There is a also a small dining area which overlooks the sound. Have a snack and enjoy the stunning view or just keep an eye on the action in the water.
The main kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. Everything you need for meals and entertaining is provided. A small bar area is offered here for casual dining and there is plenty of storage for groceries. A full size washer and dryer is tucked in to the corner for easy access. Just off the kitchen, toward the back of the house, you will find a large mud room with ample room for gear and toys. Walk right in to this space from outside to peel off your wet suit and head into the full bathroom to rinse off.
On the opposite side of the house you'll find two of Heaven-Lee Sunset's three bedrooms, as well as another full bathroom. The first bedroom, located on the front side of the house, features two double size beds and television. It's a great spot to tuck the kids in for the night with a movie! The second bedroom is located on the sound side of the property and has one of the best views in the house! This room features a king size bed and also has a television. A full bathroom is conveniently located between these two downstairs bedrooms.
Heaven-Lee Sunset features a upstairs "apartment", housing the third bedroom and bathroom. Head up the spiral staircase from the living room to find this unique space. The upstairs provides it's own living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bath.
As you emerge from the spiral stairs onto the upper floor you'll step into the living room. The room offers comfortable seating, cable television, and private access to the upper deck. This deck access provides it's own staircase so the space can be accessed from outside as well. This will prove very useful when unloading treats to stock up the second of the home's kitchens.
The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped and provides space for eat in dining. A small stove and oven are offered along with a full size refrigerator. Bar seating and a separate dining table will allow for extra guests to sit and share a morning coffee. A high chair is also provided for the little water babies in your group.
On the other side of the living room you'll find the third bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features a queen size bed and cable television. A desk sits under the window so if you "have" to get some work done, you can do it while overlooking the beautiful intracoastal waterway.
All bedrooms and living spaces in the house offer ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable. Wireless internet is provided throughout the house to keep you connected.

However, if you find that you're lacking in things to do with your private access, you can always head right to the beach! The Atlantic ocean is just a quick walk away from the property.
