Is there a more perfect place to stay than Vacation on Easy Street? This quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach house has vintage appeal and is perfect for a family of 4 vacation. A quick walk will find you setting up your Shibumi for the day on the beach. Just over a mile and a half drive or bike ride will put you in the center of Surf City. Vacation On Easy Street is perfectly situated for a relaxing stay while still being near restaurants, shops, and activities.
The living room is cozy with a reclining sofa, wicker rocking chair, and smart TV. The ceilings are paneled in knotty pine to add to the nautical, rustic feel. The kitchen table seats 4 with 2 bar stools at the nearby counter. The kitchen offers enough room to prepare a quick meal on the go or a larger meal if you feel like being industrious. In the kitchen, you'll find your stacked washer and dryer. There is access to the front deck from 2 different doors in the living room. From the doorway in the kitchen, you can go out onto the more private screened-in porch.
Off the hallway, you'll find the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, smart TV, and another fold-out bed. The secondary bedroom has twin-size bunk beds with a pull-out twin trundle. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms and has a bathtub/ shower.
As you walk down the beach gathering shark's teeth, sea glass, and shells you might want to add to the collection at Vacation on Easy Street as a thank you for a peaceful, family-friendly vacation that you will want to experience again and again.

This home only allows dogs, some restrictions may apply. The Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet is non-refundable and is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you want to add the pet fee, please contact our office.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.
Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island getaway.
