Like many beach homes this property is a reverse floor plan. You will find the living areas on the top floor to maximize the view. Find a spot on 1 of 2 deeply cushioned couches or cozy up in a chair, all you'll need is a glass of wine and your favorite people, book, or movie. The large screen smart TV will keep everyone entertained. You will all enjoy the generous dining table that seats 8 or, for a more casual meal on-the-go, have a seat at one of the 10 stools surrounding the kitchen island. The kitchen is beautifully thought out and can handle anything from delivered pizza to homemade beef bourguignon. For everyone's convenience you'll find a half bath on this floor. There are inviting balconies on either end of this large open concept area. Take a seat on the oceanfront balcony in 1 of the many chairs and greet the sun as it starts its journey across the sky. End your day sitting on the opposite side watching the sky turn brilliant sunset colors as the sky darkens. The top floor Sound facing deck also houses the Hot Tub. Grab the beverage of your choices and your favorite person to relax and be renewed!
The 2 floors below are filled with bedrooms. Each floor is set up in the same thoughtful configuration. The first floor and second floors have a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed, mounted smart TV, private access to ocean facing deck, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There are 2 Queen bedrooms on each floor. The is a queen bedroom on both the first and second floor with private access to a Sound facing balcony. One of the Queen bedrooms on the second floor also has a Twin-size bunk bed in it. In the hallway on each floor, you'll find a full bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. There is also a washer and dryer to help keep the sand under control.
The elevator starts in the carport and stops on each floor making bringing in luggage, groceries, and overtired children a breeze. There is an enclosed outside shower off of the carport. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Just follow the sandy path directly across from the driveway. You'll be setting up your chair and umbrella in no time.
If you have any fishermen (or ladies) in your group you are within walking distance of the Seaview Pier and its bait shop and restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream, and will even clean and cook your fresh catch from the pier. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 9- minute drive over the bridge. If you find you have a rainy day, it is only a 16-minute drive to various Island shops and restaurants. You are close to many popular restaurants, shops, and attractions but still in a peaceful place.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island get away.
