This home is a lovely Single Family Home, Off the Island in a residential neighborhood. Monthly rentals only.

Renting monthly from May through September you can book just one month or take advantage of the tax break and rent for 3 or more months. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a living room with Smart TV, downstairs playroom with Smart TV, a furnished screened porch as well as full sun deck, this home has everything you need and probably more. The fire pit in the backyard will become your new favorite place to be. Located in the residential mainland town of Hampstead, this beautiful home is in a safe area, well off of any busy roads. You can allow your kids to ride their bikes, roller skate or skateboard down the street.
Just a 10-minute drive to get to 4 different grocery stores, restaurants, and gift shops and only a 15-minute drive to be setting up your beach chair and umbrella and curling your toes in the warm sand. Whether you are retired and looking for a change of scenery, working from home and ready to move your base of operations to a more Southern climate, or maybe a stay-at-home parent that needs a break from your same old day to day routine, Paddle House is the answer to what you are looking for.
Paddle House is a 5-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home that sleeps 10. Bed sizes are 1 King, 2 Queens &, 2 Pyramid Bunkbeds (Twin on top, full on the bottom). There are 2 Smart TVs.
There is a public boat launch close by where you can launch: small boats, kayaks, jet skis and paddleboards.
Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles

Check in time is 4pm, Guests may go directly to the property at or after 4pm
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.
Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.
Summer Check-in time 4pm, Off Season Check-in time 3pm
The Rate Includes: Rent, Property Protection Plan and Reservation Fee.
The following are not allowed: Events of any kind, Smoking, Pets (unless at a pet friendly property and you have a paid the pet fee)
Paper products, toiletries and cleaning products are not provided.
Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island get away.
