Looking for a beach vacation? Look no further, as Choose Your Pleasure has just joined our program! This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. This property has great beach views with direct sound access. You have your choice, a 50-yard walk to the beach or enjoy fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding from your private dock on the sound.
Take the elevator to the first floor where you enter a relaxing foyer with a game room and elegant beachy décor. The game room, a man-cave style that goes well with a cold drink, contains a poker table as well as a standing popcorn machine. Also on the first floor are two separate rooms with bunk beds, each with a twin mattress on top, and a full mattress on the bottom, they share a full bath. There is a second smaller master with a non-suite bath also on this floor. Take a seat on the front deck to listen to the waves crash on the shoreline.
The kitchen is located on the second floor and has a very open floor plan with tons of wiggle room for family and friends. It offers a gas stove, dishwasher, and large fridge. This kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials, including a toaster, toaster oven, Keurig and auto-drip coffeemaker, blender, crock pot, etc. The dining area seats a total of 11, with 8 dining table seats and 3 counter/bar seats.
The second floor also contains the living room with plenty of comfy seating and a 65-inch smart TV, as well as astounding views of the Intracoastal waterway. With large decks on both sides and all levels, grab a coffee to watch the sunset over the sound as the second-floor deck provides breathtaking views. The Master bedroom contains a queen mattress and a full bath with an accessible door from the hall and a completely renovated master shower.
On the third floor is the kid's retreat, it also has a 65-inch smart TV with foosball table and electronic dart board.
This property offers an outdoor shower with extra downstairs storage, 1 covered parking spot under the carport, and well over 6 additional parking spots in the large driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Rates Include Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc... NO Smoking. Available for rent by the week during the summer months Saturday - Saturday. Monthly reservations during the off-season (mid-Sept to mid-May)
This home is dog-friendly some restrictions may apply. There is a fee of $300 per pet that is not automatically included in the rental rate. Please contact the office to add the Pet Fee.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high-touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
Arrival and Departure:
Summer Check-ins begin at 4:00 PM.
Off-season check-ins: begin at 3:00 PM.
Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Check out: Is before 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
